  I ordered a hot golden eagle made with sweet cream and no milk. Got them to give me a coffee with ice and it’s not even a full cup. Terrible and every time I got they never get my order right.

  ABSOLUTELY NOT! I chewed on a bee thinking it was a sprinkle in my drink. It didn’t taste like a sprinkle so i spit it out to see what it was. WHY WAS THERE A BUG IN MY DRINK??? I watched them make it through the drive through window, so I have no idea how they wouldn’t have noticed a bee unless it was in a batch product they had??? Not only did I eat half of a bee, they also forgot to add espresso to one of my drinks too. Why would I come to a coffee spot, order a coffee, and then be happy with frozen milk? Also the cold foam on each drink looked lumpy and kind of old. No idea if this place is properly cleaned at all either. I used to work at a coffee spot and they would emphasize cleanliness over everything to avoid stuff like this happening in the first place. Come here if you like eating bugs and frozen milk without coffee I guess 🤷‍♀️ I came here hoping to get a little treat to start a rough day and never again will I come here. Here is what I spit out. What I thought was a larger sprinkle in my drink:

  First off, I absolutely have to say that the team is consistently amazing – always so warm and welcoming, which really makes a difference! I've noticed a couple of little things during my visits that I thought might be helpful to mention. Lately, I've had a few instances where my drink orders haven't quite been right, and it's a bit of a bummer when you're looking forward to your usual. only one out of four drinks have came out exactly as ordered. Also, the drive-thru wait times can get pretty long, which can be tough when folks are trying to get on with their day. One other thing that's caught my eye is the number of honey bees buzzing around the service areas. It's a bit surprising and can be a little distracting, especially when you're trying to pick up your order. I really love coming to this spot, and I'm hoping these observations might help make an already great experience even better!

  Love dutch bros! They have great options for sugar free drinks. The wait time in the morning is not good. If there is more than 4 cars in line and you don't have 30+ minutes to wait def wouldn't recommend doubt stopping. Considering they should know they're going to be busy each morning maybe change things up so customers can order, get their drink and be on their way within 15 minutes. Still haven't figured out why it takes them so long to prepare orders though.

  I didn't have an issue with my order. My friend just got me into Dutch. I really love the protein mocha <3 The recipe is perfect. The Santa Zaddy was very kind and attentive in the drive thru. My drink was ready station the drive thru. I will be back because my friend needs her stickers. :D
