I keep trying to give this place a chance. My order is the same always. I come here at least twice a week. The freezes are always way too sweet even though I get half sweet. The freeze is so sweet that I can never taste the expresso that is in it. I always order online and my order is NEVER ready by pickup time. Today was the last straw. I waited over 20 min only to receive drinks that were spilling all over my pants because all the cups were cracked. When I went to the window to tell them I was in disbelief when she offered to just stack another cup over it. When I asked wouldn't the drink just spill into the new cup on the drive home her answer was, "by science it should stay in the cup because the new cup is sealing the bottom cup." It wasn't until I looked at her crazy that she offered to remake the drinks. I was already annoyed being there so long I said no, but when I left to my car the drinks continued to spill so I went back to the window and asked her to remake them. I had put the drinks down by the window and she still had the audacity to ask me to throw them out because she couldn't take them back, I shouldnt have, but I did and there was no room in the outside trashcan. When she called me to get my order she had redone, it was wrong and I had to wait again.

I really love this place, and the drinks and coffee are amazing. I don’t mind waiting at all because the quality is worth it.
However, the method being used outside to take orders is not always fair or effective. Sometimes, orders are taken from cars on the other side where the line appears shorter, even if those cars arrived after you. This can lead to people being dishonest about their place in line.
Since customers are asked to state their position, and not everyone is honest, it creates confusion and feels unfair.
I believe it’s the business’s responsibility to create a better system that ensures fairness and accuracy for everyone instead of relying on customer honesty.
Again, I truly enjoy this place and will continue to come back, but improving this process would make the experience even better.

Personally I love Dutch Bros, and my location is always in Plano TX but this is the second time I come here and they give me what they want, besides they take a long time. The first time they gave me two identical coffees (and I had ordered two different ones) and now they didn’t put what I ordered in my coffee. I don’t recommend this location but I definitely recommend some other Dutch Bros

Wish I read the reviews before stopping here on the way to work lol. Super slow on a week day morning. Not sure what the hold up is about but I would think it’s common sense for a coffee shop to know to be prepared to move quickly when people are stopping to get coffee at 7 am on a weekday. I’ll probably never come here again—at least not this location.
UPDATE: I customized my drink to be made with almond milk and not whole milk and they did not accommodate. My stomach has been destroyed all morning. I will never come back here!!!

We travel alot, i always stop at multiple dutch bros. This one is by far the slowest one. The employees had a long line to the road of cars, and a bunch of people at the window. We did mobile order before arriving. I understand its going to take a bit longer bc they are busy. But the employees moved like they weren’t in no hurry, slow walk, no urgency, we have sat here for almost 20mins (still no drink at this point) and the same cars are sitting in line then when we got here. The workers just walking and acting like they are “slammed” i see my urgency from the workers at the other dutch bros for just 3 cars. Worst experience. And they still got my drink wrong sooo like what are we doing?

Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
