Even if the manager is on site, the manager is not on the floor overseeing what the employees are doing or not doing. On this particular trip there was no flatbread, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. We will never visit this location of Subway again. I'll drive out of my way before I go in this Subway again.

Talks so loudly about personal business for the entire building to hear about “how she has to pee so bad”. Truly disgusting behavior. I feel absolutely horrible for the male employee who is just trying to do his job without being publicly humiliated and antagonized. Hopefully she is spoken to from higher authority and learns to be professional, as a manager should.
