- CBConnie BagleyApr 1, 20263.0I do not like the fact this location (Lamesa store) has changed their points to 100% apps. Some of us never us an app and therefore will not be able to access our points for anything! Please reconsider this, because of the older clientele is not into the app market. Plus no one has ever advised me of the "new" app until I inquired about my points and how to use them. Other than this issue, the location is friendly and usually has what I need on their shelves.
- SCSarah CooperMar 24, 20263.0Cashiers are typically great and friendly, but my cashier today (Amaris) was rude. She didn't say anything to me, no greeting, I bagged my groceries because no bagger was present and she was literally rolling my produce and glass jars like bowling balls down the line for me to bag. When I tried to type in my rewards number, she just skipped it as I was typing and said nothing to me the whole time. When I was done, she just started on the person behind me. I have worked as a cashier. I know it can be stressful. But this level of rushing was unwarranted. There was only 1 person behind me, no large line, and another cashier had come out to help her so she wasn't alone. Like I said, the cashiers are typically very nice. I genuinely hope she was just having a bad day or something, because that wasn't okay.
