I had no idea that Wendy's sold chicken sliders! At least that was the size of the chicken sandwich I ordered! Was it worth almost $3 absolutely NOT! I was tempted to go back and ask if I was possibly given the wrong sandwich, but I didn't want to go back just for that!

Ordered 1 #1 combo on Thursday 1/15/26 at 1:32pm. Tried to charge me for 2 #1 combos. When I brought it to their attention, guy (Host 3099) at the window said he refunded me the 1 I didn't order. This did not happen. Checked my receipt then checked my account. Full charge for 2 combos applied. I understand fast food industry is quick paced, but customer service should not suffer for it. Really disappointing but now is totally expected from this industry.
