  If you definitely want to pay $6 for a cup a ice and 2 sips of tea, definitely come to this store.. gave us 3 cups full of ice, and literally 1/4 of tea.

  The product is amazing the drive thru staff is so rude , when you ask them to give you second to look at the menu they say JUST PULL UP so impatiently and thy don’t listen and cut you off while your ordering, if you want to rush ppl over 3 secs then maybe not have so much additional drinks and mixes on the menu to look at , and then when your trying to hurry up because she is rushing you request a something with a Poppi and she say NO. we’re not making that ! Excuse me ??? get better staff at the drive , ask chic Fil a on how to train your drive thru staff because that’s needed , we cancelled our order over there rudeness and they were laughing about it as well . I’ve had enough of the rudeness now i’m writing this review The girl on 4/26/26 between 7:30 pm and 8pm wasn’t even 30 seconds total , she was so damn rude and impolite and inpatient and she has the worst customer service

  Worst location in the metroplex. They can never follow instructions. If you instruct “no ice,” your cup will be filled with ice. If you request “sweet,” you’ll receive unsweetened. It’s ridiculous.

  Overall experience with staff and questions i had since I had never been there before was great. Customer service was top notch! As far as the tea was not impressed, wasn't bad but but can get better tea at quick trip, golden chicken, there are way better teas out there.

  Love HTO! They have such a good variety of both unsweet and sweet teas and they give you the opportunity to sample them to make sure that you will like what you’re buying. Every day from 2 to 4 is happy hour where they have buy one get one free.
