It was 10:59 p.m., I understand it’s closing time, everyone wants to go home, I get it. But she was rushing everyone at the self-checkout with a hateful expression. She even grabbed the items of the person next to me without asking and scanned them herself just to get us out faster. She didn’t even say goodbye or thank you. The man at the front held the door open for me and wished me a good night — he probably also has things to do and wants to go home too, but that doesn’t mean you have to be a rude person.
