I came through this drive through just to order a side of the sauce and the girl at the window was super nice and completely remade the drink for me for free. I was running on 4 hours of broken sleep so it feels like she saved my life lol

One added soft top ($1) extra. When I got the order no soft top. Went back to the window to ask for it to be fixed. She said "oh you want soft top?" I told her "yes it was on the order" she didn't say I'm sorry or I'll fix it. Just took the drink out of my hand. When I got my drink back I said "Thank you" despite her lack of manners. Her response was "mmhmm"
- ZHzalo haloMar 9, 20261.0I am a loyal customer to Dutch bros and I come almost every morning, tonight when I came thru the drive thru the first thing I noticed was the two baristas were laughing and joking and weren’t even taking me serious, I ordered a golden eagle half sweet and they asked if I wanted to tip instead of turning the screen for me to select like usual, when they made my drink I could tell they weren’t doing it right maybe because I didn’t tip. I got my order and it was honestly the worst drink I’ve ever had from Dutch bros with absolutely no sweet at all just espresso which I told them to add. I am very very disappointed and I honestly don’t know if I will ever come again any time soon. Starbucks here I come.

Placed mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived only to be told, very rudely, “I’m not sure when it will be ready. We’re just too busy so I can’t really help you.” Asked for a refund and was told they can’t do that. There were several others also waiting and visually upset. Don’t waste your time going to this location. I’ve not been to other locations, but I can only hope this is not the standard.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
