  Wow, I've never had such incredibly customer service the boy on car hop, joseph , is amazing and he does his job perfect almost feels like a real freind when I come thru 🙌

  Stopped to get drinks and a snack for my toddler before heading out of town. Right at the get-go, the lady on the speaker was short and snippy. Kept cutting the speaker off as she was talking and wouldn't repeat part of the order, an unsweet tea cut in half with lemonade, correctly so when the second tune I confirmed, I got fussed at. "I know, I'm just saying it like that!" Got to the window, she handed me the drinks and took payment, handed my card back with the card receipt but no itemized and slammed the window. But the time I got passed the light I realized I didn't have my toddlers' order of fries. Honestly I don't even know if I paid for them, I don't remember her repeating it, and I don't have the receipt to prove otherwise. As bad as it is, I'll go to Sweeny Sonic over this one anyday. At least they repeat the order correctly and are decent.

  Omg , that car hop dude named Joseph is so cute and fresh his job so well and gives perfect customer service he definitely deserves a raise

  Kids that worked there sounded annoyed to take the order. Then the tater tots we paid for were not in the bag. I think the employees need to be trained a little better.

  I would give this sonic negative stars if that was an option, but since I can't do that, I'm giving them one star, because I ordered my food took it home got to eating it and everything and then about halfway through my tots i noticed the rest of my container was full of old cold hard is stale fries. I don't appreciate my food being done that way I didn't order fries, and even if I had, I'd want fresh fries. It's obvious they put those fries in the bottom of my container to make it look like I had more tots in my container than what I did, because they didn't feel like making more tots, then for them to be old cold and stale someone needs to get a handle on this location and their manager not the first time this location.Has messed up my order or cut corners like this.I'm on here , giving them a bad rating and complaining about it because it just keeps repeatedly happening. Do not go to this sonic location, go to the one down in clute.They actually get your orders right and the food is fresh and good... PS: HERE'S A PHOTO SHOWING THE OLD STALE FRIES IN MY CONTAINER AS I FOUND THEM...
