- ARAngelina R1 day ago1.0I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The person in front of me even walked out after waiting too long. I think it was a cook who came out to get a drink and asked if we had been helped. They were the one who found someone for us. The woman who came out did not make eye contact with us or smile. I even tried making conversation which went nowhere. I loved this place when they opened. What happened? I stopped coming years ago because of the poor quality and it is still terrible.

No apologies for how long it takes and mind you I’m not an inpatient person at the window- I wait. On top of that my last order I only received HALF a sandwich and the wrong one!! I ordered a chicken frontega and this is not that. So disappointing and time is money I will NOT be back here.

I ultimately had to go inside the restaurant to request a refund, which the manager issued very slowly. This experience was highly disappointing and reflects a significant lack of efficiency and customer service. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these service issues immediately, or politely please close your doors for good. A religious Panera bread customer no longer .
