Fun fact, Thelmas originated in Iowa, my partner (also from Iowa) used to smuggle me Thelmas in a cooler with frozen sponges to keep them cool and not cause TSA to have a whole meltdown, but now apparently they are also sold in HEB for wayyyyy less than they sell them in Iowa and I would highly recommend. Especially the snickerdoodle. You should definitely try them.
