- JRJeremy RMar 31, 20262.0I’m posting this as a long-time customer who has noticed some recent changes. I’m hoping this feedback helps the owner address the delivery delays we’ve been seeing lately. I’ve been a weekly regular here for my son, but the delivery service has become inconsistent over the last few months. Most recently, a 4:30 PM order didn't arrive until 6:35 PM. When I called for an update, I was told the pizza had been kept under heat lamps, which isn't ideal for a two-hour wait. The delivery side seems to be struggling lately, so I’d recommend picking up in person to ensure your food is fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the customer service experience during this delay wasn't what I’ve come to expect from this shop.

- BCBlaine CSep 17, 20231.0Got Mr Gatti’s for the family on Monday 11/24 had a horrible experience, pizza was raw dough underneath, missing half the crust and shattered bone fragments in my wings, emailed a review over talking about my experience has been about a week haven’t heard a thing. Very disappointing.

It is a shame , the crust is so bad , it is not even pizza crust (greasy, hard, bad texture) I have ordered Sicilian veggie and meat pizzas , toppings were enough, but this is not supposed to be a cheap frozen pizza , taste bad , Veggie were raw on top , too little cheese, I just don't get it. I was expecting a decent pizza based on reviews. This is a shame because the location is great, it was very clean. The staff was friendly. The failure was the actual product provided.
