  Just a horrible location. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get cold cold. I went inside to ask for fresher fries and the lady who helped me at first, was nice, but then I hear this commotion in the back because someone is having a problem with me asking for fresher food. It’s sad, because if you visit the location in West, it’s a totally different and much better experience. All I’m going to say is that my people need to do better. I shouldn’t have a subpar experience because you’re making us all, but especially yourself, look bad. HAVE SOME PRIDE…

  Terrible. God awful. This specific McDonalds is the reason the fast food industry still makes minimum wage.

  They literally make you use the machine to put your order in. stand there and wait for a long time for it.and it was not good at all. Employees wouldn't make eye contact and other people sat there eating with the questioning look like what is happening 😳 never going back!!!

  Not the McDonalds of the 70's for sure. Mostly have to place your own orders. If you stand at counter your ignored everytime, staff acts like your borhering them. No condiments, napkins or drink machines out since covid. Restrooms are So nasty. This is at Bellmead, I-35 Hewitt, Franklin Ave & by Baylor. I've not once seen anyone at these places with any respect or initiative let alone customer service or a work ethic. I see the crowds but I just dont get it. Such a disappointment and total waste of money.

  “Hi, how are you?” “Please” “Thank you” “Have a nice day.” Dear Mgmt, these 4 things go a long way. Do better! Oh and 4 cars from drive thru parked at 8:06 pm. Dark out. Not safe by any means and your parking lot is not quipped to do so properly. And never mind, Dee manager person on duty trying to hand me my drink as I’m pulling up to the window. SMH. *Edit- had to wait 13 minutes after asked to pull up and park- a kids meal nuggets- cold fries. I had to wait 13 minutes. I expect my food to be hot. Not to mention about 5 cars behind me got out with their order without having to “park”….(yes, I too worked at a McDonald previously). QSC times suck.
