Manager was rude and they were supposed to bring the food to the table they said they don't do that which I know is a lie. All the workers looks like they don't wanna be there so everything is coming out bad . I recommend not going to this location if you can you will be disappointed

Placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 25 minutes just for a large fry. I’ve waited less time at a restaurant for a full meal. I could see staff standing around laughing as I was waiting. Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been.

Even when you order ahead with their app, it still takes forever to get your order. No one works the inside counter so when they screw up your food, you have to wait again before they will correct it.

If you're looking good food at decent price? Then this Place isn't for you. EVERY single time I order here, whether is doordash or in house, they always seem to miss or mess up your order. I had ordered a whole meal for myself and my partner, they missed the fries all together and gave me a completely different burger. Mess up once or twice and I'll understand, but mess up EVERY single time? I recommend not eating here!
When my partner went in she spoke to a woman who was extremely rude to her, giving her attitude, and just overall being unprofessional. As a former customer, I recommend you driving to downtown Waco for a WAY better service!

In the last 6 months they have NEVER gotten my order correct. Multiple times to the point where I check my food, take it in to get it corrected, and it STILL comes out wrong. It's not a hard order. Just extra ketchup and extra onion. Yet they either just completely mess it up even though it's rang in correctly, or just straight up give me someone else's burger. Multiple times in the SAME DAY I've had to go in to get it fixed. Today I went in TWICE. The first time I explained it was wrong and asked for a NEW one because it was also already cold as hell. They literally put the stuff on there and handed me the exact same burger, but still missing stuff. I called and the. Went back for a new one, and not only did I have to double check in the lobby, but they told my that I should just make sure to check my order every time from now on, like I don't already do that. I told her that didn't make a difference and even when I do that and come in to get it fixed it's still wrong half the time or more. They gave me a new one, and she tells me it's hot even though it's sitting in my hand lukewarm. I used to work at mcdonald's, and it's not that hard to just read the ticket and get the food correct. The only reason I still go to this one is because it's only 5 minutes away from my house and I don't feel like driving an extra 5 to 10 minutes each way to go somewhere else just to have my food get cold when I get home. It's absolutely ridiculous. When I got home 5m later the " hot burger" was already ice cold. It definitely wasn't got when they gave it to me. It was obvious immediately. READ YOUR TICKETS.
