  Hadn't had a bagel in several years. They seemed a little smaller. The cinnamon crunch didn't seem to have as much "crunch" as to what we remembered. The mocha latte was very good. Nobody was at the register so had to order from the kiosk which I did not like (why I marked service as a 3). The staff did aeem friendly.

  I had a catering order for a 0630-0645 pick-up that I had placed 24 hours in advance- bagels, pastries, coffee. Nothing complicated. I arrived at 0630. Olivia was working at the front of the counter packing up scones, but did not acknowledge me and walked away, so I sat to wait. Multiple employees came back and forth to the pick up area working other orders, and other customers came and went with their pick up orders. I tried calling the restaurant number 5x from inside the restaurant, half thinking this would be funny if they answered and I said, hey I'm sitting in your restaurant waiting for my pre-order for 20 minutes, but the number is invalid. No one was working the front counter during this time Finally, after 25 minutes, I told an employee I was waiting for a catering order - her face registered surprise, but no apology or response was received that they would check and start working on it right away. After another 10 minutes, it became apparent that they were working on it, but this was not communicated to me. Once the order was completed, I had to ask for additional items to fulfill the order, like the cream cheese, utensils, plates, etc, that are advertised as being included with a catering order. I was offered an apology and the reason that the coffee maker was having issues, but it was fairly apparent that they had no idea about the order. The entire process took me 45 minutes to complete for an order placed 24 hours in advance.

  I ordered my sandwich off the app and asked for no cheese among other customizations and I get my sandwich and it has cheese so now I can't eat it. I tried calling the store but the number wasn't working at all. And even tried to report a problem with my order through the app which also wasn't working. Pretty upset I just wasted $13 on something I can't eat and couldn't get it fixed because I only had the time to pick up food during my lunch break.

  They only needed to count to 4. I did not get a spoon, and why is the baguette just free-balling in the bag? No napkins, no spoon, as previously mentioned--and the girl in the drive thru took about 20 seconds to say anything at all. They were not busy. Isn't this a new location? Why wouldnt you want to perform better, especially on an air force base, especially getting paid a premium?? Be so for real.

  8:20 AM already out of cinnamon crunch bagels said I would wait so it would take 2 to 3 hours to make said can I just get a plain bagel? Also add a plain bagels I don’t understand. It is Friday at 8:20. How could you possibly be out of all the bagels?
