- NPNatalie PDec 17, 20251.0It was supposed to be my birthday dinner because I’m stuck at bootcamp, I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a medium pizza, cheese bacon tots, and cinnamon bread rolls, my order came out 40 minutes before they delivered it, that’s fine, but then the pizza was cold, and the cheese tots where burnt. I tried calling the store and the guy that picked up said “well what do you want me to do about it” then I asked for a refund and he told me he would get a manger and hung up, I called back again, and he said they where slammed and to call back in 15 minutes, 15 minutes later and I speak to the manager, I told him I was sorry they where slammed and explain my issues, he was so incredibly rude. He gave me a full refund after I hassled him for it. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and I’ve never been this disgusted with customer service. I DO NOT recommend you order from this location.
