Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

You can claim staffing issues, technical problems, etc. I honestly wouldn't know in 12 minutes one car in the drive through was able to give their order. 5 workers inside that I saw and not a single employee, but I could begin to tell you if there was a problem because NO ONE SPOKE A SINGLE WORD TO ME.

Ordered for curbside and waited over 10 min past the time it was supposed to be ready and had to call them the food was also cold this is unacceptable

No sorry, thats not rush hour, thats one car in front of you in the morning. I started driving off if i wait too long, but then i only got served half of the time, so i quit going. Now i find out how awful whataburger has treated the young christian man that worked in south carolina, and how they have stayed absolutely silent after he was ridiculed and fired by them. Sorry whataburger you slept too long for Lavernia and Byron in SC. My circle and family is cutting you off.
