Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This is a great stop after shopping at HEB. The food is always great, fresh and hot. Some times it's pretty busy, but we'll worth the wait.

    I love stopping in at this Whataburger location!! I especially like stopping at one of the locations whenever I return from a trip out of state! Love to order the Whataburger sandwich without onions, but then add grilled onions & grilled jalapeños! YUMM!!! If I want a good hamburger, it has to be a Whataburger hamburger!! And the biscuits & gravy, especially jalapeño & cheddar biscuits, are to die for!! Make sure Kathy helps you at the counter! She’s a sweetheart! :)

    The Whataburger in La Vernia is always a great experience! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a late-night stop, they get the order right and serve it with a smile. The location is clean, convenient, and easy to get in and out of since it’s right next to H-E-B. Definitely one of the best spots around for a reliable meal and great customer service!
