Ordered with the app 4 burgers, when we got home every single one of the burgers were made incorrectly. When I called to find out how to get this resolved/fixed. The assistant manager said for me to bring all the food back and they would remake the order. When I arrived the manager questioned which burger he needed to remake, at this point I am beyond frustrated and I said that given every one of them were wrong it would be easier for them to just refund my money. I handed them my receipt and the food back. The manager then took the food and said he was remaking them? I was not refunded my money; I wasted tons of time, and the crew gave me attitude (which was amazing given they were in the wrong). I called corporate and if they or the actual store manager wants to speak with me on a proper apology and how to fix this, my ticket number was: #56674

When I order something a certain way and I pay extra for something then I expect it. They did not get my drink order right. How hard is it to get a drink order right. It's starting to get hard to find a sonic I like. I guess I have to make the trip to floresville
