Now it's slightly chunky expensive milkshakes you have to put in the freezer instantly. Maintain the machinery at colder temp? I'd kinda like my husband to have his money back, bad experience for not returning in the last 5+ years.

AVOID DRIVE THREW if you expect fast service. Edit: almost 30min in drive threw. They did the flip for the blizzard but the ice-cream was super soft like it had been sitting on the counter a while when I got it.
