I said they’re not done. She kept saying yes they are so she took them and brought them back to me and said they’re done so I don’t know what you want me to do and I said well they’re not done. I want you to cook them and she walks away and says yes, they are so I got up and I asked to speak with a manager. She told me she was the manager, and the manager told me he didn’t want to talk to me and that he will refuse my service so they refuse my service and try not to give me my money back so I told him OK you have to refund me if you want to refuse my service, but the manager Geo never came to talk to me.Needless to say I got my refund with no food so very disappointed never been to a Wingstop with uncooked wings before but first time for everything also I never had such rude service before and I’ve been all over the country eating! I’m sure they will try and say that I was belligerent or something and that’s why they refused my service but the truth is Cece was rude and Geo would not even come talk to me when I wanted to address the situation about her. He actually whispered her and told her just refuse his service so I’m just very disappointed and I feel really discriminated against in a certain way, and I can’t say that it was completely racism, but it was very uncalled for and unprofessional. It was something that was simple and that could’ve been resolved very easy I mean after all the customers always right or is that not a thing anymore?
