The manager was very rude when I went to this location on February 18, 2026.
I ordered from the sonic app.
When I arrived, I entered the stall # that was presented on the screen/ computer.
From the speaker, the manager said, "I gave the wrong stall #"
I was confused, because I looked at the "stall #" on the screen again, and it was correct.
After some time, I realized the "stall #" (on the pole/ column) was different from the "stall #" on the screen/computer.
Since it was an honest mistake, I gave a sincere apology to the server and explained, "This was my 1st experience. Usually, both numbers are the same at Sonic"
The server understood and said "they were not aware of the different numbers until I showed them; then she thanked me for bringing it to her attention"
To avoid any confusion for future customers, I also told the manager.
The manager's response was, "No, our customers usually know the stall number, even if they're different"
There was no accountability, apology or explanation of why there's an incorrect stall # that's listed on the screen. This can definitely cause confusion for customers, including loyal customers like myself.
I wasn't even upset, as I know mistakes happen. I was just glad to figure out the issue, and share the information. If I was a manager, I'd want to know.
This manager clearly didn't care or inform his staff of the error. If they're following his example, how can we expect this location to provide good customer service?
I just smiled at his ignorance and kindly told him to have a good day.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
Highly disappointed.
