  They forgot to add bacon to my BACON qtr cheeseburger. They weren’t even packed to make that mistake.

  Got a burger this morning. Soon as I bit into it. I had this paper in the burger with a nasty taste. Sure hope it doesn't make me sick. This is nasty, and how the hell do you not see the paper on the patty you are cooking? Are you not looking at it on the grill?. This could easily choke a child. You people need to pay attention to what the hell you all are doing. You can clearly see it is the butcher paper that separates the patty in the packaging.

  Slow slow slow I hate coming to McDonalds in general unless I have time to waste but this location has got to be one of the worst the food and customer service is good for the most part but fast food is not fast anymore and what kills me about waiting is getting my food and not having it served hot

  This was my first time here since it opened. An old friend, who has never eaten at McDonald's,took me out for lunch. It was very clean and festive for Christmas. The lady cleaning the dining room was very sweet and helpful. My friend ordered for me while I sat at the table, so I can't comment on the counter service or workers in the back. I saw something move on my tray. Thought it was just a shadow, then something appeared on the receipt they tape to the tray. I assumed it was a fly and went to shoo it off, but rather than fly away, it crawled under the tray! It was a roach! I didn't say anything to my friend, I didn't want to upset him, nor did I say anything to the management. It kind of ruined the experience for me. I had a Quarter Pounder meal.The food was cold and unappetizing. Something is NOT right with bread these days. I remember the taste of a Quarter pounder from the 70's. These hamburgers today taste NOTHING like the originals. I would have given more stars, if not for my unwelcomeed "visitor". The lady cleaning the tables gets a 5 star. She was the highlight of our visit, she and the beautiful decorations. Time to call an exterminator McDonald's, some people aren't as passive as me.
