Their order ahead system only works half of the time (making it useless) and never actually gets your order. Then if you go through the drive thru it’s an at least 15-20 minute wait. I’d recommend the location on Center St over this one..

The menu has a lot of options, but it still feels simple because you can customize pretty much anything. What really makes Dutch Bros stand out though is the vibe. The employees are always upbeat, friendly, and actually talk to you like a real person instead of rushing you through the line. Even when it’s busy, the service stays fast and the energy is still positive. Overall, Dutch Bros is the perfect place if you want a good drink, quick service, and a fun atmosphere. It’s one of those places that makes your day better just by stopping there.

Which is a shame because I come here often... but 30 min for a drink and 25 of it sitting in line waiting ia ridiculous. And to not have anyone outside controlling the traffic patterns in the merge is wild... that's how you get stacked lines and upset customers when they've been waiting 30 min and get cut by someone who just pulled in. Order placed 8:18am.. says pickup 8:22am..arrived 8:22am got drink 8:44am

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
