  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Brenda, in particular, had a very bad attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, the other employee completely ignored me while I was trying to pick up my order—no acknowledgment at all, even though I was clearly waiting. Customer service should be a priority, especially for something as simple as a pickup order. Unfortunately, this visit felt disrespectful and frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and basic customer service.

  I went in with with a "dark cloud" over my mood but left giggling because of the fun vibe that the 2 young ladies had created just by their interaction with costumers. Very comfortable, definitely my favorite go Thank you Blue and Faith!

  This is the closest location to my house so I’ve gone many times despite them being slow, downing the sandwich in condiments to where the paper won’t even stay together, and messing up my order on many occasions. I however will simply drive the extra few minutes to a different location from now on as when I ordered today I realized there were no condiments at all, so when I went back inside to ask the worker about it she tried to tell me it was there it was just in a different order now. It was in fact not there so she added it on. I didn’t want to have them make three whole new sandwiches so I didn’t even mention the fact that all three were prepared with the wrong bread. I’m just tired of never getting the right order when I go. 👎🏽👎🏽
