She literally yelled at me because I asked about my order after waiting 20 mins. She proceeded to tell me that she had been called my number, even though my order was for a table. She never called my number or my table. Then she started YELLING at me in Spanish. Mind you I do not speak fluid Spanish. I told her I did not understand what she was saying and she then told me that I was Mexican and that I knew how to speak Spanish, both not true and I told her that. She then called me a lier and came behind the counter and started pointing a pack of silverware in my face yelling about being short staffed. I wasn't upset and understanding about being short staffed. The issue wasn't the wait, it was how she spoke to me and the customer before me. She is the rudest, short fused manager ever.

I was excited to see a McDonald’s down the street but I honestly just usually go down to the 517 McDonald’s because this one is so bad order is always wrong. The management sucks. They don’t try to help you out and poor kids that they have work in there haven’t been trained to do their job so they have to basically hear all the bullshit from the customers I feel for them. This is sad. #HelpedTheKids.

And the made me wait another 10 minutes in lane 1 for my food to be ready. They always seem to be short staffed and confused.
