  I was so excited for this location to open so close to me but the past 2 times I’ve come the service hasn’t been the best. Last month we had 2 workers walk past us to go to the car in front of us that had someone already there that seemed to be taking the order but later I realized they were all just talking to a friend it seemed for about 5 minutes until one of them finally came to take our order. Last time there a few days ago there was no one else in line but the girl working didn’t seem happy to be there. I understand everyone has bad days but for the past 2 times it just hasn’t been the best service. The drinks are always made good though.

  I come here at least 3 days a week and it’s ALWAYS a delight when Melanie is there! She always makes the perfect coffee. The staff over all is just so amazing here I order a Medium cookie butter extra sweet with cold foam (trust me! Order it!)

  Love the drinks. Always amazing flavor. However, the wait time is insane, there is zero reason why someone should wait 15-20 minutes for coffee. There should be a standard procedure on how to take orders. By arrival of car. Not by who you see first. This skips people who have been sitting in line longer, further pushing their order down. On deal days where you can order multiple drinks for a set price you need to start having those individuals wait around the building and not clog up the line. There’s no reason why someone that ordered one drink should sit behind someone That ordered eight. Multiple drinks should be in their own waiting area to ensure the line continues to flow efficiently and is streamlined as in the Chick-fil-A Drive-through module. Also cross training I get that you may be short staffed, but there is no reason why there is one person handing out drinks talking to a customer for 10 minutes when they can give a helping hand to the inside to ensure the drinks get out faster. It’s great to interact with customers, but it’s better when you can provide fast efficient service. Please improve wait times, especially during critical hours in the morning 6 to 7.

  Brenna at 7 Brew is seriously the BEST! She is always so friendly, fast, and makes every visit such a good experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and makes sure your drink is perfect every time. The energy at this location is always amazing, and Brenna is a big reason why. Highly recommend stopping by and letting her make your day (and your drink) better.

  I have never tried 7Brew before they popped up over here in Texas City and I’m almost scared to try a different location because I LOVE the vibes here SO MUCH. Each time I visit, I have to get a different drink. Some are fantastic, some not so much, but I think that’s more of a personal preference than an employee error. If you want a quiet, boring, slightly rude morning experience, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE because here… it’s popping! Every single employee is literally hand feeding you positive and uplifting energy to where you can’t help but be happy right back. They are all quick on their feet and with making your order, but it never feels rushed. And the best part… they always wipe the cup before they hand it to you. 🥹🥹🥹 5/5 ⭐️ Actively recommending to everyone
