    Poor service. Drive thru is suppose to be fast....hence 'fast food'...dont expect to get ur order fast.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the overall customer service and attention to detail at McDonald’s. Every visit seems to come with some issue — wrong orders, dismissive attitudes, and an overall lack of care for the paying customer. It’s clear that many of the younger employees have not been properly trained, and it really shows in both their work ethic and the way they interact with customers. If someone doesn’t enjoy their job, they should find one they actually care about instead of taking it out on the people who are keeping the business running — the customers. A simple smile, accuracy with orders, and a bit of respect go a long way. McDonald’s really needs to invest in better training and management to restore even basic standards of customer service.

    Went for a quick dinner. Found the place dirty and unkept. Tables were dirty with pieces of food on them and on the floor. I placed my order via the app and entered my table number 108. i waited patiently for 20 minutes, I went to check on my order and asked the associate at the register if food for table 108 was ready. She said she would check on it but she didn’t seem to care. There was no consideration or sense of urgency. It was more like I could care less attitude. She just left me standing there so I went back to my table thinking they are just busy with drive thru traffic. After I saw people getting their food when they had ordered after me I went back to the counter.I asked to speak to a manager when she said my food was in the carry out section because she did not know it was a dine in order. I told her that I had even gone to ask to check on my food. She wanted to give me my food after it had been in a bag for almost 45 minutes. When I told the food would be cold and that I had to go to work she said they could make another order. Unfortunately, I had to go to work. When she finally got the manager and told her what happened, the manager looked disappointed and even nodded her head like this was not the first time. The manager did apologize and refunded my money but the point I want to make is that the employees don’t seem to care about professionalism, etiquette, care, or customer service. I understand I got my money back, but I didn’t get to eat. Maybe they could have offered me a credit or complimentary meal for my next visit for the inconvenience of waiting for nothing. I don’t like to complain but I felt sorry for the manager working that evening because it does not seem like she had things under control. Hopefully, management will take action and make the restaurant better. However, after reading the other reviews it seems that this is the norm. I believe it will change because the food usually is good. This happened this evening Friday 3/27/26 from 7:05 to 7:45PM.

    The double cheeseburger that my daughter ordered was really low quality.. I mean it's McDonald's but at least try... The people working the drive thru that took the order were unprofessional, again I understand that it's McDonald's but common courtesy is not so common these days...

    The place was filthy Friday night. All the tables were dirty with food left on them. The garbage was overflowing and there was blood on the door. We only noticed that when we left. The fish burger was cold. The fries were hot. the young lady who brought it to our table was very polite.
