  Huge shout out to employe Jordan that was working today around 4:30pm. You are so polite and so nice thank you so much!! Definitely 10 out of 10 if he’s working!!!

  Service was the worst we’ve ever experienced We ordered 3 protein wraps. We understood from our visit the previous day there were no substitutions. The Baja came with jalapeños my friend asked to put the jalapeño on one of the other ones. He refused, I asked just put them on side. He refused. He became very belligerent. A $20 bill was given for payment,He said , I quote, if this was my last day I would kick your ass, I was shocked I wasn’t expecting that. He then said it again, My friend told him, let’s go outside and will let him try, he said he would kick my ass again. He repeated it 4 times. Threw my bills and change at me. He was a young black man in his late teens. The white lady there did not intervene. We sat down to eat and the young man kept using threatening language just loud enough for us to hear. Corporate has not responsded to the complaint placed on their website. There isn't a way to leave a message, the voice-mail is full. Wonder why? Stay away from this Subway location unless you're wanting to be threatened. I won’t ever eat at a subway again! This happened on Saturday March 14,2026 at 4:17pm

I won’t ever eat at a subway again!! Can you believe this? This happened on Saturday March 14,2026 at 4:17pm

  Don't order online you never get what you order. This is the 3rd time I have order from this location and it will be the last. I ask for extra it wasn't even the regular amount. The attitude I'm assuming who is the manager I wouldn't even bother ordering inside as well. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  Stopped in La Grange, Texas to grab a sandwich at Subway and try their new protein wrap. Asked if they could add a few olives, a little guacamole, and use regular mayo instead of roasted garlic mayo. Manager comes out and says absolutely not—can’t substitute mayo or add olives because of the cost. I even offered to pay extra. Nope. “Our boss will get onto us.” Then a kid starts taking a sandwich out of the oven and she panics: “Oh no, child labor laws—he’s only 15!” So apparently a 15-year-old can work at Subway, just not take a sandwich out of the oven 🤔 At the counter I’m told they’re not allowed to change anything on the menu—no substitutions, no additions, nothing. Like there are Subway cameras and someone’s going to call on a Saturday over regular mayo being substituted 🤔 Someone needs to address this non sense at subway in la grange
