  Fries were hot and salty as expected. Service was fast. I especially like the guy at the window saying “here ya go chief”. As someone in sales who calls everyone “boss” that goes a long way. Keep up the good work yall.

  They were just great. They were quick and had no issues whatsoever. Everything I order was fresh and hot, including the coffee and apple pie.

  Went to grab me and my daughter food and there was 1 car ahead of me. They made me sit at the speaker while that one car went through both windows then finally went to take my order after sitting at the speaker around 10-15 minutes waiting. Seen multiple workers looking like they was talking while I was just waiting to place an order. When they finally said they could help me right away they ask me to repeat myself so I was irritated and went inside and placed my own order on the self order area. Then had to stand at the register again waiting for assistance for about 5-10 minutes. Was told the shake machine was down so my daughter had to just get an ice cream cone, while waiting to actually receive our order they gave people that came in after us their order and what looked like a shake. Worst experience.. was not busy at all. Very slow workers and no politeness.. from now on I'll stick to Bastrop quick and always friendly..

  Slow service, especially with DoorDash orders. Experienced this issue as a Dasher and a DoorDash customer.
