- DHDaniel HorakMar 21, 20262.0I just started using curbside delivery due to being handicap. This last order I clipped coupons and choice sales items. When I view my purchase HEB didn't used my coupons I clipped. I had a bag of potatoes on the list then removed them for other kind of potatoes. I was charged for the removed potatoes but they didn't pack them. HEB had chicken hind quarters on sale. Brought 2 different season ones. They discount one but not the other. HEB needs to test drive the curbside ordering & pick up to work the bugs out. Also they don't have everything listed on the shopping list. Like for example cracker jacks in the small box of 3 boxes together. You have to go inside to get them. I contacted curbside help and they credit me on their mistake, but the time it took me explaining everything I could have had my dinner ready.
