It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    The food was good; however, staff were very unorganized and were giving people the wrong orders. Cashier was somewhat argumentative with customers when they made the wrong order. The tables were dirty.

    Never left a review for a Whataburger or really any fast food sort of chain but the service here today was 10/10 and I hope the employees see that it was so appreciated! We were on a long drive and they super quickly fixed an issue and even gave us cookies and brownies. Every one was very attentive and kind, and super friendly. Thank ya'll!

    Prices are getting high and the size of the burger got smaller. Same diameter half as thick. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The wrapper had a sticker that said bacon, but there was no bacon. It's normal to have my order wrong but someone made my burger, wrapped it up, and put a bacon sticker on it knowing there was no bacon. It's beginning to feel personal.
