  Don't order online you never get what you order. This is the 3rd time I have order from this location and it will be the last. I ask for extra it wasn't even the regular amount. The attitude I'm assuming who is the manager I wouldn't even bother ordering inside as well. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  Stopped in La Grange, Texas to grab a sandwich at Subway and try their new protein wrap. Asked if they could add a few olives, a little guacamole, and use regular mayo instead of roasted garlic mayo. Manager comes out and says absolutely not—can’t substitute mayo or add olives because of the cost. I even offered to pay extra. Nope. “Our boss will get onto us.” Then a kid starts taking a sandwich out of the oven and she panics: “Oh no, child labor laws—he’s only 15!” So apparently a 15-year-old can work at Subway, just not take a sandwich out of the oven 🤔 At the counter I’m told they’re not allowed to change anything on the menu—no substitutions, no additions, nothing. Like there are Subway cameras and someone’s going to call on a Saturday over regular mayo being substituted 🤔 Someone needs to address this non sense at subway in la grange

  Had mobile order, got double protein and double vegetables. Think I got less than regular portions, last couple bites was mostly bread

  Dealt with Scott tonight. He was in the middle of making a sub and decided to start cleaning before finishing the order. 4 people in line behind me and still decided to clean? Very slow on every sub he touched. Then he didn't wrap my sub with the wrap that keeps it from leaking out of the outer wrap. Love this Subway but if you see Scott.. Keep a close eye on his inability to stay focused and do his job!
