We can waited 30 mins for two drinks and cheese sticks. Then we re press the button and that said it should have been taken out already and they’re sorry. We understand mistakes happen we just want the food and drinks by now. Well the lady says she’s bringing it out. We wait an outrageous 20 more minutes. We’re pissed. Sonic do better. It was literally two drinks and an order of cheese sticks. We press the button a third time and they clear our call. Yall can keep your refund yall offered 50 mins of my time is worth a lot more. ☹️👎👎👎👎

We came so excited to get our once a month little family treat for our kids and ourselves. I understand being "new" and I understand many different things about customer service and food service. The girl working was too busy inside chatting that for EVERY item we ordered she would say " what" "ok hold on" "now what was it" this was for 9 items. Every single one.
We were so ready to get home with our 3 young kids so it was a "to go" order. We put the straws in our shake treats and EVERY single one was vanilla and sour tasting. We ordered 5 specialty shakes 😰😭 the ONE order of frys was put in upside down in the bag with some none French fry food that we didn't order. The box was just tossed on top of the pile of fries In the bag, which I opened as my husband was reversing out so it's definitely not "the car ride" so driving home with 2 very upset toddlers with special needs , and our 6 year old made for such a sad deal. We don't eat out except once a month. We only set aside a small amount for the once a month family treat. Being I paid for the order that was over 40$ and got MELTED vanilla with some drizzle of syrups and NOT anything close to what we ordered was unacceptable. We did not go back right away because my toddlers needed to be home immediately. I don't understand how we got water melted vanilla in cups 😭 do these employees get paid to do this? I don't understand how people take jobs and customers service jobs with ZERO regards for anyone else.
