  Willies Grill and Icehouse in Kyle has great food with a laid back atmosphere. My only complaint is when we were there early afternoon after lunch rush, the ice tea looked really cloudy like it was day(s) old. My wife returned it and got fountain drink, it had no to very little syrup favoring-tasted like carbonated water. After a third attempt she was able to find something to drink. We really like Willie's food and just chalked the drink missteps to it being an oversight.

  my family and friends were in town for a volleyball tournament we heard very good things about this place front ladies were super nice in taking our orders ,but the ladies that were helping our waiter were so rude and with a attitude giving us our order wrong and getting mad because we would tell them it wasn’t our order. We had to pay in order to get our receipts so they can get our order right. JACKSON G was our waiter and he was amazing and very patient with us and very apologetic with his coworkers actions.

  Walked in to meet my brother. He was already eating so I ordered a cocktail. 30 minutes later and no cocktail. Our waiter finally walked to our table and said she did not know why the bartender had not made my drink. I told her to cancel my order. This place is not even packed. Looks like nobody knows what they are doing. Tables dirty all around us. Change in management is needed in this place. Today is 04/22/2026, walked in at 850pm. If you want speedy service and great customer service go somewhere else. 30 minutes is ridiculous.

  My first time eating here at Willie's Grill & Icehouse! From the time you walk inside the front doors to the time you sit down to eat the atmosphere gives the immediate impression of chill, laid back, let's eat with some friends vibes☺️ I ordered the Willie's burger and the 10 piece wings (I barely ate anything during the day, ok?! lol). With plenty of TVs to watch a sporting event that you're looking to catch this is definitely a good spot to eat and watch a game☺️ I amsat inside the restaurant so I never went outside to the outdoor patio seating but from what I could see it has plenty of space and carries the same atmosphere outdoors. Overall I Willie's Grill & Icehouse a 4/5 wings!

  Willie's was a goto- not any more! Went there for lunch on Good Friday. There was no more than a dozen customers in the place. We ordered a burger with tomatoes and pickles only with onion rings and no drink. The receipt said Cheese burger. We asked the waitress about this and she told us that it will come out correctly. I told her exactly what we ordered at the counter. The onion rings came out as an appetizer. I told her that they should come with the meal. They took them back! Once the food we ordered came out, it was wrong! The burger had lettuce and tomatoes. We immediately told the waitress that it came out wrong and asked for a manager. Once the manager arrived, I asked her what was so hard about making a hamburger with pickles and tomatoes only. I told her that we had to order twice, once at the counter and once at the table. We were assured that the order would come out correctly. I told her that Willie's was a goto place. NOT ANY MORE! We left and will NEVER return. Chick-fil-A got it right the first time!
