  My bottom bun literally had bug skin.. and they couldn’t offer me a refund for an $8 meal because I had taken a single bite out of my burger. They did offer to remake it but why on earth would I want anything food wise?? For the inconvenience they gave me a frosty lol.. if I could give zero stars I would!

  I came in today and spent $27 on a Double Baconator meal, a small Frosty, and an Asiago Chicken Sandwich. $27. For two people. At a fast food restaurant. I love your food, I always have, but these prices are ridiculous. Fast food is supposed to be affordable. For $27 I can sit down at a real restaurant and get table service. For $20, I can get two Chipotle burrito bowls. There's no reason to choose Wendy's at these prices. And don't tell me to use the app. I'm not giving you my personal data just to pay what things should cost in the first place. Forty years of dipping fries in a Frosty, and this is how it ends. My wallet is happy, but my heart is sad.

  All I will say is DO BETTER Wendy’s! Picked up food for my kids only to have one of them hand this over gagging. I did go back to the restaurant and the meal was replaced. I’m just unsure how this happens. I would hate to think it fell in the floor and was picked up or that this establishment is this dirty. I did check the food before I left and it was fine.

  Impression was fabulous. Manger Emma was helpful and courteous and assisted in getting the items on the menu. Store was very clean. Great family atmosphere.
