We get a msg from the delivery guy saying he was given the wrong address. We sent him a screen shot proving that we put in the correct addy. At this point we called the store. The first employee we talked to told us they had a rash of incidents where the driver would say they got the wrong address and never deliver the food. At first he insinuated that we wouldn’t get a refund. After talking to a manager, he said our money would be refunded but if we wanted another order we would have to pick it up. We asked if they would file a complaint with Toast and he said they could not, we would need to. That bothered me because they are choosing to use Toast knowing that that company preforms poorly. If you decide to order delivery from them use DoorDash or Ubereats otherwise the food is great and the employees were friendly.
