  I had some of the best customer service from their team and specifically the woman who was in charge the day I came in. My order started off rough because they had lost my order, but they quickly made it up. I work in food service and understand that it happens sometimes. I only asked if I could come back later for the food. They not only remade my food when I came back later, but they made me a second burger and gave me two coupons to come back. They were really generous and turned the whole experience around. Thank you <3

  A nice decent burger for an OK price. Nothing exceptional but nothing to write home about. I prefer P Terry's or In n Out.

  The food is freaking good. The service is friendly and welcoming- the staff always says hello from kitchen when customers walk in. I love coming here for lunch with my hubby. I have an ice cold Topo Chico with a 1/4 cheeseburger and fries. Delicious!

  The best burger I've had in years. Thick juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries and chili were very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cook does her job well! I almost bought another to go home with for later. Hands down the best burger around. They do need to get rid of the ketchup with high fructose corn syrup in It though. It defeats how good everything else is.

  Update: and they clearly don't care about customer service or cleanliness if they sign their response as "[Your Name]"... C'mon, do better. Tried Mighty Fine Burgers today for the fish sandwich after hearing it was worth it… and honestly, I don’t get the hype. Service was fine, but the floor was sticky—which immediately made me question the overall cleanliness. The fish sandwich itself was the biggest disappointment. It tasted like it had been cooked in old oil, and the toppings were not fresh. The tomato was soggy, and the whole sandwich had this weird, slightly moldy taste that made me stop eating it halfway through. Onion rings? Also soggy. No crunch, no redeeming factor. I went in expecting “mighty fine” and left wondering how this place built its reputation. 🤷‍♀️
