    Just a bunch of kids working. So you’ll be waiting for 10 mins to talk to someone while they goof off and flirt with each other. Also got my order wrong

    Staff - Incompetent, lazy, attitudes. And these people forget something every single time. If you wanna spend some money on something and not get it, then get attitude when you ask for it, this is the place to go to!

    This place is the worst. They don’t give you all of the food, both lanes are too long. The food is cold. Do not go here unless you want to be disappointed and let down.

    So basically we went and asked for three cones and they gave us one in a cup which shouldn't have happened and if she wanted to cut you would ask for it so they owe her a new ice cream cone

    BREAKFAST ORDER ACCEPTED THEN REFUSED AT PICKUP!!!!!!! I placed my breakfast order at 10:25 AM, which was still within breakfast hours while I was down the road , and your system accepted it. I arrived at 10:34 AM, gave my code, and was told that breakfast was over and my order would be canceled. That makes no sense. If you were not going to fulfill the order, why accept it in the first place? I ordered on time, and as a customer I should not be penalized for arriving a few minutes later when the order was already placed and confirmed. To make things worse, I was told it would be canceled, but I have not received any email, notification, or refund update. This is poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. If an order is accepted before breakfast ends, it should be honored.
