  Very disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. The employee handled my payment, touched the register screen, and then immediately prepared food using the same gloves without changing them. This is an unacceptable sanitation issue and a clear food safety concern. Basic hygiene standards should be followed at all times, especially when handling customers’ food. Management needs to address this immediately and properly train staff before someone gets sick.

  Been longtime Jimmy John fans, but this location is the worst. They constantly mess up our orders. Last time we dined in and they had to remake my daughter’s sandwich twice! This time we got pick up only to get home and find my sandwich smothered in mayo despite the receipt saying no mayo. Drove 15 mins back to the store because it was not edible. They did not care about the inconvenience, they remade my sandwich but were very smug. I asked to speak to a manger and they said I could come by weekday mornings when they are in.

  Wife brought me a lettuce sandwich. Don’t think she ordered it that way but that’s what they gave her. Toasted bread and lettuce.

  Came in at 2pm and they had run out of bread. They said it would be 20 minutes for more bread to be ready. That's inconvenient but understandable 2:23 I came back up to the counter to place my order and they said again we are out of bread it will be 20 minutes. Never got food and wasted 20 minutes like just tell the truth why lie about the wait it is what it is but dont let me sit here for 20 minutes and still be hungry
