  Willie’s in Kyle is probably one of the best Willie’s establishments I been to in a while. All staff are very respectful and helpful. When I went I had a young lady help me order, I believe her name was Sarah. She was phenomenal, as well is my server. Her name was Sofia and she is a very nice person and very attentive to your needs. Thank you Willie’s!

  Oh where do I begin, my first time visiting Willie’s was an amazing experience. From the tenders basket I had, down to my amazing server Jacqueline!! The hospitality was spot on I felt apart of the Willie’s family. Thank you so much for taking care of me I will most definitely come back!! 10/10 can’t wait to try something new next time. 🔥🔥

  We had high hopes for this restaurant, especially because our initial interaction with the front hostess, Deizar, was so pleasant. She was patient, took the time to explain the menu, and checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. Her customer service was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not match that positive first impression. We ordered two meals: a half rack of ribs with sweet potato fries and a fruit cup, and blackened redfish with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, fried crawfish, and a pound of boiled shrimp. The issues started with the sweet potato fries, which were both hard and cold. When we brought this to our server, Victoria, she said she would remove them from the bill. Deizar also stopped by, and after we explained the issue, she said she would notify the manager. The boiled shrimp were not properly cleaned, and the shells were very difficult to peel. The fruit cup looked as though it had been sitting out for an extended period and was not fresh. My redfish had good flavor, but it was overly seasoned to the point that it was difficult to enjoy. We communicated these concerns to our server, who again said she would inform the manager. Unfortunately, the manager, Mary, never came to our table to address the situation. At the end of the meal, Deizar returned and offered us a $10 card for a future visit. While we appreciated her effort, we declined, as our overall experience did not give us confidence to return. It was disappointing that, despite multiple issues being reported, management never came to speak with us. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return.

  We had a bit of a mix-up with our orders from the very beginning, but Josh at Willie’s completely turned the experience around. From start to finish, he was extremely attentive, patient, and proactive about making sure everything was corrected and exactly how we wanted it. He checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable, and handled everything with a great attitude. Josh is very personable and genuinely cares about the customers he’s helping. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and he made what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive dining experience. We truly appreciate the effort he put in to make things right and ensure we left happy. Thank you, Josh, for going above and beyond! great service like that doesn’t go unnoticed!

  Went here for a team work lunch out of town. Very friendly cashier up front, with an equally friendly and helpful waitress. She opted to bring us the food as it came out so it'd be fresh- very happy with that decision! My burger and fries was good, but not great. Maybe I'm used to two patties, but it was decent .Although they seemed hot and fresh, the fies just weren't my cup of tea. Other options I saw like onion rings or even veggies looked more appealing. My co-worker ordered a gumbo that was supposed to have sausage and shrimp, but only had sausage. We told the waitress who quickly acknowledged and said she'd take care of it. After asking if she was going to take this soup back she replied "they want us to leave it with you." And carne back with a very little bowl with a couple of shrimp in a puddle of broth. 🤔 not what we thought was going to happen. Any way...I wasn't a huge fan, but I think k most were pleased with their meal. I'll probably be back at some point to another Willies, but will definitely try something else.
