They are human but there lack of skills to cut a line down or help a customer that has been waiting 45 plus minutes is what gets me so upset. Saying there is nothing you can do when others are coming and going a lot faster is ridiculous. When asked about out food we get "it will be done soon". And if we want to leave we get no help on a refund.
