I think the new girl making my sandwich was drunk. She kept slurping her words, tearing my sandwich, dropping ingredients, and then mangled my sandwich wrapping it. It was a complete mess when it was time to eat it. I almost walked out while she was making it, I only stayed because I was very hungry and running out of time for my lunch break.

I will not be returning to this location. Both times that I've gone, they are out of the ingredients they need to make half the things on the menu! How do you run out of bread? Cheese? Vegetables? The GM should be on top of this, its their responsibility to keep the place stocked. But since other reviews (going back at least 3 years) also mention a lack of ingredients, I guess they don't care.

This location specifically! Once you walk in, it’s not the cleanest, but that’s not the problem. Today, there was a guy making someones order and he was moving so slow. There was a lady that came to help me but disappointed for her to tell me they don’t have any bread at the moment. This is not the first time that has happened. For some reason, this location never has bread Or ingredients. Another time I attempted to go an hour before closing for them to tell me they’re not taking orders anymore. At this point, I don’t see myself going back and would not recommend. Hopefully this can help the next person that’s craving a sandwich.

Honestly, the service was terrible! The person serving us today 02/03/2026 10:45 am was incredibly rude, throwing everything around carelessly! Nothing was ready! She was disheveled and her clothes were dirty. A truly awful experience! I ended up not eating there. It made me feel really bad!

I have not eaten here yet after multiple attempts, the first time I showed up 45 min before closing and was greeted by 2 employees almost done cleaning and putting away all the food and giving excuses of being out of almost all the bread and meat and sides. The second attempt there was a backed up line of about 7 people where there where 2 ladies making sandwiches as slow as humanly possible. I’m talking 1 sandwich in 15min. The line was barely moving and I waited 25 min witnesseing almost 2 sanwiches get made before I ran out of patience and left.
