- LVLupita VelaJan 3, 20261.0This is the second time I’ve had a very negative experience at this Sonic in Kyle on Veteran’s Drive, and unfortunately it was again due to the same carhop attendant. Her name tag read Danielle. Both visits, her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when the same behavior happens more than once, it becomes a pattern. Customer service is a big part of why people choose to return, and this experience has made me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Said that we would have to wait in the drive up spot for 10-15 minutes and then they would take our order.. really… 3 people working apparently homecoming night , it wasn’t crazy busy and staff was going around complaining to the guests about how they’re backed up .
