I just placed an order through the drive-thru and the lady that took my order and was out. The window was extremely rude. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. Plenty of other options in this town.

Went to grab an order using the curbside pickup and I sat and waited for almost 40 minutes (all the other people waiting in the curbside pickup were also sitting there forever because there was apparently nobody bringing out any orders) I go through the drive through to pick up my order and I have to tell 3 different people my name and my order until I finally am able to get the order and the girl at the last window was super rude. Unorganized and unprofessional, the food was good but I will not be coming back just because of the horrible service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for pick up last night (which I’ve done countless times) after my long shift at work. When I got there, they told me they couldn't find my order and that “their system does that sometimes.” What am I supposed to do about that? I had already paid on the app and used 3000 of my points. The girl over the speaker couldn’t have cared less about the situation and had an attitude for no reason. At the window, the other girl was pretty nice but told me the mobile order would cancel itself within an hour and had me pay for a whole new order since my mobile order wasn’t showing on their system. It’s been almost 24 hours since then and the charge is still on my card and my points have not been reversed on my app. Very annoying situation to be in when I just want a quick meal after working for 12 hours. Please refund my money and points.

This is the worst design McDonald's I've ever been to in my 31 years of life. Drive-thru design is beyond terrible. Takes forever for one item and then you go inside and there's one kiosk with one person. Everything else is done through manual serve kiosk that don't work half the time. There's nowhere to park and it's a pain to get out once you've parked!. Good luck!

This place is trash! Don't go in and order, they don't give a shit about your food. I waited for over 15 minutes inside to walk away empty handed. The owner should really check on their store!!!
