I understand that showing up at 2 am is an inconvenience but this place is open 24/7 and some people are working overnight shifts too just wanting to get lunch somewhere. I came in the drive through where the man on drive thru who wasnt even wearing a uniforn was extremely rude when i was confused about him ringing in my water as sweet tea and then proceeded to take an unreasonable time making my food with horrible quality. Fries are cold and the patties are paper thin. This felt 100% intentional and im genuinely never eating here again and i will be returning for my money back.

Children go to McDonald’s for the play area and the toys. My kids received toys they genuinely disliked. The toys were sealed, and my kids knew what was inside based on the image on the packaging. They politely asked if they could exchange them for different toys from the same series.
The manager refused, even though she had plenty of other toys available right beside her. There was absolutely no explanation for this behavior. After insisting, she agreed to exchange only one toy for one child and refused to do so for the second child, leaving him in tears.
If you want a kinder and more accommodating experience for your kids, go to the San Marcos branch, they are far more understanding. Unfortunately, the manager at the Kyle branch was very rude.
