I asked the manager when McDonald’s stopped blending McFlurrys and then went back and half. Blended it. McDonald’s should look at upgrading machines to blend it better or have better training. Also, McDonald’s should allow adding pickles as an option for snack wraps. Tired of asking for side of pickles then not getting any.

I genuinely hate that this is the only McDonald’s in my entire morning route. The food is always fresh but man the morning workers are beyond rude! EVERY time I go they have no basic manners or simple drive through etiquette. They don’t say good morning , have a nice day or anything at that! & if they say anything it’s just so aggressive. I’ve dealt with this for months now & I’m finally writing this because today when I went to the second window the lady didn’t acknowledge me what so ever & just tossed my food at me. The tossing was new.
Around two weeks ago I literally got into an argument with another cashier because she rang my sandwich up with a bunch of up charges instead of pressing the correct button for a standard sandwich. (I’ve worked for McDonald’s in the past, I understood exactly what she was doing wrong). I told her nicely that it wasn’t correct and she got so upset with me that she started getting loud. She ended up giving me a “shoo” hand gesture and told me to go to the next window. I couldn’t believe it.

Esta muchacha fue demasiado grosera si no les gusta su trabajo no sean cajeros el servicio al cliente es primordial tener buena actitud me mandó a estacionar más de 30 min y fue muy grosera no tenía uniforme ,estaba masticando chicle pedí 4 bebidas y me dio 2 popotes le pedí salsas para 40 naguets y solo me dio 2 se que se puede pagar por ello pero ni siquiera tomo la molestia de ofrecer no me dio recibo un sinfín de cosas la peor la experiencia jamás si porque no me gusta pero pagué mucho dinero por un lugar que me encanta pero ella lo merece y del nombre mejor ni hablamos ni siquiera gafete tenía

This location is trash. Past 4 times I've got they have messed something up. 3 times ago they forgot the order of nuggets and the side of mac sauce. 2 times ago the quarter pound was a mc double and this last time they forgot the 10 peice nuggets again. It's really sad to see the lack of care that it put into people's orders especially what these fast food workers are getting payed now a days.

Ordered 2 large McFlurrys, was missing one and some other items. Went to the counter to tell them one was missing & they handed us wrong size. Told them it was supposed to be larger and the manager had an attitude. Can’t even pull out the receipt because the kiosks hardly ever have receipt paper in them. On top of that all the food took forever to come out and was cold once we got it. It’s freezing outside and the play area is freezing also.
Last time waited an hour in the drive through for a happy meal.
And another time ordered an item only to be told at the window they don’t even have it. Offered me another item & gave me the small size even though the item they were replacing costs more.
