  jımmyjones kyle The employees here are so unhappy, they have sullen faces and serve customers reluctantly. I saw it with my own eyes. They treat DoorDash employees disrespectfully, like they're thieves. It's so off-putting. I will never come here again. If your employees are unhappy, they shouldn't be working here.

  This is the best Jimmy John’s in Texas. First the customer service is above and beyond. All the employees are always so friendly and polite. And the sandwiches are downright yummy. Eli is the manager and is always so patient with me. I’m one of those people that like things separate and he has no problem accommodating me. I love their lettuce but I like it separate. They always fill a bag for me and I get tomatoes on the side. You get the point, I like things a certain way and they are always willing to help. Eli always double checks my order to make sure everything is just the way I like it! And , OMG, I never knew they had those crunchy onions you put on green bean casserole at Thanksgiving. Omg Eli mentioned it to me and I get them on the side. Who knew?? Thank you and a big shout out to Eli and ALL the staff at Jimmy John’s in KYLE, TEXAS. The absolute best! And please be kind and leave them a tip in their jar. They work so hard and that kindness goes a long way! 😊🙏

  So this is the 3rd time I have ordered the same thing. Added avacado, payed for it. Get home, there hasn't been any avacado at all. I am slowly becoming disappointed. Could have atleast put it on the side or something.

  I came in yesterday and had a special situation. I wasn’t sure if they could do it. I was picking up lunch for my husband to take to work today, so I needed just meat and cheese on the bread and everything else packed on the side. Will and Kylie both did an amazing job of packing up each topping and they also added plenty of napkins. I had everything he would needed to put the sandwich together later. They understood the situation right away and were so kind in their interactions with me. The sandwich is a treat for my husband and he’s going to enjoy it today!
