    I've lived in kyle for 3 years and consistently find myself smiling after engaging with the partners at my HEB. Even throughout construction and big crowds, the team is positive and helpful. I had to make rhis post because today during my curbside pick up they had a few pies for sale a la carte in the parking lot. I went to add a cherry pie to my order but they didnt have cherry available in the tent. I shrugged and went to my car (no biggie!) And within the next 5 minutes a partner was hand delivering a cherry pie from inside to my car window! What a wonderful surprise. No body does it like my HEB ❤️

    On November 19 I was in the Kyle store looking for diced ham. I couldn't find it and asked for help from a nice fellow who in turn asked a young man in the butcher department named Lane. This young fellow has management written all over him; he was helpful in finding a subsite, asking what I was making with the ham, listening patiently as I gave him the recipe and even said he thought that it might be his holiday meal. Lane was such a delight on a busy day. Thanks for hiring nice people like Lane.

    I really loved this H-E-B but lately this store has fallen short. I went early one morning and the cashier Tiffany B was checking me out. They were really rude and short. I wanted to chat with a manager but I let it go and chalked it up to maybe they were having a bad day. We all have those. Today, I bought formula for my child and when I got home I noticed that the formula can was dented and the formula was coming out. So, I drove back to the store to get two new cans. The cashier (Lily) told me bc of the way I paid she couldn’t help me. I understand this may be policy if there was an exchange because I don’t like the product. I wasn’t buying a different brand, just exchanging the compromised product that HEB sold me for cans that were not. This was an HEB issue. Instead of her calling a manager to assist her, she turned around to her coworkers to talk badly about me not realizing that I was still standing there and could hear her. An amazing manager assisted me and I was able to get formula to feed my child. Lily even kept repeating to the manager how they couldn't help me, instead of realizing the issue was no longer hers to handle. She should've just walked away. I won’t be returning to this store. I’ll drive further to get better service. But I will never forget the amazing help from the manager today at the customer service desk. I was out of formula so I am beyond grateful for her help. True customer service. That is the only reason this post gets 2 stars. Because of her amazing help. Just spoke with a partner…..dismal. There needs to end I’m customer service coaching with HEB. You all have lost a customer.

    This H-E-B used to be excellent, but the quality control has gone downhill. I recently purchased sushi and found blue plastic pieces in two separate rolls. This is unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk — I could have easily choked. Please take better precautions to ensure food safety and proper handling.

    It’s been more than 8 years going at this location, and I've noticed that lately the cashiers charge me for extra things or simply add more things to my purchases. Last time, the guy (cashier) was talking a lot with the girl bagging the items, and he had added $14 of mangoes, which I didn't have. He checked my purchases again and in fact I didn't have any mangoes. He apologized and continued talking to the girl bagging the items. When I got home, I checked my receipt and realized he had charged me for the peaches twice ($9, by the way). I was already upset because, clearly, no one gives me the money for doing nothing, I work hard to buy food for my kids, and everything has been so expensive lately. How is it possible that the cashiers are NOT responsible for what they do? It's easy for them to overcharge, but it's not so easy for us to make money at our jobs. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE because if you come back later and ask for a refund, you won't get it.
