Parking sucks, self checkout is always breaking and there are random people both customers and employees just blocking the aisle talking. I bet there isn’t a single person who says can’t wait to go to HEB today.
- JDjan deerDec 23, 20251.0I drove all the way from Buda expecting fresh okra, and once again this store is selling the worst okra possible. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s always like this, but I usually don’t say anything. Today I had to. For $3.99, the okra is old, bruised, spotted, and wet inside the package, clearly past its prime. The moisture trapped in the container shows it’s been sitting too long and breaking down. This should never be labeled or sold as “fresh,” especially at that price. I’ve seen this same problem every time at this H-E-B, while other H-E-Bs don’t sell okra in this condition. It’s frustrating to keep seeing the same low quality over and over. Customers shouldn’t have to gamble every time they buy produce. I didn’t drive from Buda to waste my money and gas on produce that looks like it should’ve been pulled from the shelf days ago. This store seriously needs to fix its quality control.

- KCKennan CanadyDec 5, 20251.0Super disappointed in this $34.98 “custom specialty cake”. I picked out this image thinking it would cover the entire top of the cake. When asked if I wanted “writing” on the cake and I, apparently foolishly, assumed it would be piping. I also asked for the main icing around the sides to be pink and the border to be pink as well. When I took the cake out of the box I realized that the cake was also warped, had streaks, and was not even placed squarely on the board.
