- MBMaddy Buscemi5 days ago1.0Wow. Anna?? I really hope that is who I’m complaining about. She was working check out tonight (11/20)- pixie haircut with a hat on. I am in AWE of the customer service / attitude I received. I ordered a bowl (for me) and a kids quesadilla. The guy asked me if I wanted sides- I don’t know what comes with it.. I said lettuce, rice and quac. Got told it was a charge - no problem at all. Get to check out and grab an izzie and they said ok that is just an upcharge - no problem. Then it’s almost 5$ for a side quac and $4.50 ish for the drink. An up charge is an extra dollar or two. If you charge full price for these things clarify that. I had the receipt in my hand because I was confused why my bill was over 30$. I said I’ll just put the Izzy away and get whatever comes with the meal then. She took the receipt away when I was still looking at it. Then I just said take the guac off too. Why would I pay full price for a tiny ‘dilla when I thought it might have came with it? I didn’t need a full side. She did not like that and was incredibly rude. We come to this place at least 2x a week and this is making me want to just drive up to austin for a bowl of this is the type of people you hire. Fix your attitude, customer service is not for the weak- I’ve done it for a long time- if you’re miserable then get a new job.

When I drove up, I even saw the same girl who is always rushing me when I go inside, and once again the customer service felt rushed and unpleasant. Really disappointing.

- MPM POct 20, 20251.0This restaurant is DIRTY. Food on the floor and tables. The tables were sticky. Excess ice overflowing on the beverage machine creating water on the floor. The food behind the glass looked old and there were bits of food EVERYWHERE on the line (this should be kept clean and wiped down as much as possible when you have a few seconds). The overcooked/stale rice was literally being scraped from the bottom resulting in the portion being very small. The chips were very, very stale and completely inedible m (this seems to be a common occurrence at this location - see the other reviews). There are MANY reasons why this location has a 2.4 star review. AVOID!

Received our order and made sure to check our order because of previous reviews. Turned around and one girl seemed helpful to try and figure it out, other girl again treated us as an annoyance and inconvenience. Don't recommend unless you're willing to check everything and be met with an attitude... disappointing service.
