  Management is letting this location slip. Most of the orders we have received for my business in the past month have had multiple missing items, sauces, dips, sides, etc. When they first opened, everyone was on top of things but service is slipping. We will slowly phase out this business from our rotation if the problems aren’t addressed.

  Super excited when the Kyle location opened and worth the drive from South Austin. Tonight, despite being near closing time, we were treated to fresh roasted veggies (with a smile) and warm pitas while we waited. A slow night in store, it was nice to chat with the team while they filled mobile orders. Everyone was very friendly.

  This is SO GOOD!!!! I tried Cava for the first time this week and I’m going back every day for lunch!! I basically got the steak bowl with couscous and lettuce and cucumber pickled onions and if you haven’t had pickled onions before.. TRY THEM!!! So yummy! They have this garlic sauce which is the most delicious sauce ever and this like jalapeno sauce of greatness. I know I sound like a dork right now but Forreal try it!

  Im a friendly guy. I come to cava KYLE once or twice a week. And Im very familiar with the staff. My most recent visit at cava, I got there a little early so I waited for the store to open. I told the staff to take their time and I was in no rush. When they finally opened, a young male assisted me in making my bowl. I asked him to put as many lentils as he could, and he literally only put half a scoop, then quickly moved on to the proteins. This really upset me because not only do I pay 19$ for my bowl and leave a tip every time, But the staff usually puts 1 or two scoops of lentils in my bowl. Im not sure what the procedure is in terms of food quantity, but I highly doubt it’s half a scoop. I found this to be incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back anytime soon. (For context, I am a student at ACC and when I eat cava it’s usually my only meal for half of the day. Also the young man heard me clearly when I asked for lentils.)

  Let’s just say that i usually don’t write reviews or have I ever been to cavas . The service was amazing , the employees had a positive attitude when I explained that I was a new customer and wasn’t familiar with the food . The staff took the time to explain each product and guide me through the selection and suggested popular options from other customers. I loved that whole process, I loved the food but thank you to the staff and management .
