  Every time I place a mobile at this location it has been wrong or missing items. I have never had so much contact with an establishments help line before. If you want to receive the food you order and not be on a first name basis with their online support staff, I’d go elsewhere. Literally ANYWHERE else.

  I’ve been a regular customer and wanted to share feedback about a recent change to the kids meal. The price has increased, which I understand, but the portion structure has changed significantly. It used to include a half pita that could be made into a small pita plus pita chips. Now you have to choose between pita chips or a very small quarter-size pita. While toppings are still included, the overall portion feels much smaller and less complete than before. I don’t mind paying more, but reducing portions and options at the same time lowers the value compared to what this meal used to be. To top it off they gave me some cold soggy pita chips 😒

  Enjoyed the taste of the lamb bowl - first time here - but half my rice was uncooked. Not going to leave a bad review because it’s probably a fluke and we’re all human, but I wanted to let you know so you can keep an eye on that. Raw rice hurts when it gets stuck in a tooth! I appreciate the healthy selections, and the food was otherwise delicious! The lamb meatballs were nice and moist, which kind of surprised me — most fast food bowl places serve dry lamb. The sweet potato was delicious, too! Veggies fresh. Yum! People were really kind, it was easy to order online, and the bowl was ready fast! Thank you!

  First time at cava and I will be coming back to this spot regularly now, great food and fast service. Corinne was super nice and informative about what cava had to offer that I’d like. It’s a breath of fresh air to have someone talk to me like a friend instead of just “ another guy in line” . I will be recommending this place to my friends.

  Cava is a chain, so the food is typically decent. However, the Kyle Cava always disappoints in some way. Often times they are out of ingredients and there are many efficiencies with their team that could be greatly improved. But my primary concern is the cleanliness of this Cava. For such a new location is it borderline gross. The floors are never clean (under trash cans and beverage areas should also be cleaned), the outside tables are filthy and unusable, there is thick dust around the digital menu signs and the front windows look like they have never been cleaned. The owner should invest in quality cleaners and visit the Brodie location to learn how this place should be operated. Business would greatly improve here if they did!
