I understand that being a popular spot in Kyle means it’s going to be busy—that’s expected. However, the current wait times aren't just a result of high demand; they are a direct result of poor operational choices. The Issues: • Understaffed: There clearly aren't enough workers to handle the sheer volume of both the drive-thru and walk-up windows simultaneously. • Online Order Backup: They keep the "Order Ahead" feature turned on even when they are completely slammed. This creates a massive "phantom" line that the people standing at the window can’t see until they realize they’ve been waiting 25 minutes for a Rebel. • Inaccurate Wait Times: The app does not adjust the "ready in" times to reflect the actual reality on the ground. It’ll tell you 5–10 minutes, but you’ll end up standing in a mass of frustrated people for 30. It’s frustrating to watch the staff hustle while the system itself sets them up for failure. Until they learn to throttle online orders or staff up properly during peak hours, be prepared for a major wait. Usually love Dutch Bros, but this specific spot is a headache right now.

It’s extremely inconsistent. This is all the time, but today was probably the worst experience. Waited 30 minutes after ordering online and never got my drinks, I had somewhere to be so they refunded me but they said it’ll take 3-5 days to come back in my account??? Absolutely ridiculous… I’ll never come back to this location. Get better employees.

Yes, sometimes the line can look long but they get through it will grace and eases! They also always get my online order out quickly when I plan my caffeine intake in advance. When I go to Dutch Bros Kyle I know I’ll be greeted with positive energy and smile.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
